Khiana L. Washington, author of Looking Past the Mirror
Khiana Washington was born in 1995. Today she is sixteen years old. Over the past two years Khiana worked on completing her first novel, Looking Past the Mirror. Khiana is a talented young writer always searching for new ideas to write about. She is a very honest writer and she writes to reveal emotion. Her main goal is be able to bring out the honest and fragile feelings that we have inside and lay them out on paper into an effortless seem of a story. She hopes to be an inspiration to others and believes that to truly encourage others we must encourage ourselves first. Khiana lives in Michigan with her family pursuing her dreams of becoming an author.
